What are the shipping times for your products?

We generally take 3-5 business days to process and ship your parcel and then another 5-15 business days to deliver it to you. This mainly depends on your location; you may receive your order earlier. Please allow an extra 10 business days days during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year..).

Do you deliver Internationally and how much is shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all orders all over the world.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order that is dispatched. 

You will receive an email once your order is shipped that will contain your tracking information. Some delivery postal services may require up to 7 business days for your tracking number to appear. This may be the reason why your tracking number is not working yet. Rural couriers may not show any updates until the parcel has arrived at your country.

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated. If your tracking number is not working after 7 business days, please contact us immediately.

 

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?

We deeply apologize for the delay. International Shipping can take longer due to customs clearance and transfers. Please understand your order is processed immediately after the order has been placed. However, we ask for 2-4 business days for us to prepare and ship your item due to the high volume of orders we receive everyday. 

Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 5-15 business days from the shipment date. Our delivery time frame may vary depending on which country the package is being delivered to since it may be international shipping from our storage.

Please check with the courier and the tracking number we have provided you in the shipping confirmation email (check junk/spam if you did not receive one) Or contact us at support@09district.store and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date!

My order arrived damaged / defective?

If your order has arrived damaged or defective, we will send a replacement for free or process a refund, depending on your choice. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery and with picture or video proof, where applicable. If you believe you have received a damaged / defective / incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. 

How does sizing work?

Our items are standard US / EU sizing. For sizing help, please refer to our sizing chart, or contact us at support@09district.store, and a representative will be happy to assist.

Sizing is done according to measurement, not size tag.
When we say an item "fits true to size" this means that the item is standard US / EU sizing (the item fits true to measured US / EU sizing).
We can not offer returns on items that are too small. We can assist with exchanges or store credit. Please follow provided recommendations when selecting a size, or contact us prior to purchasing for assistance.

Will I have to pay a customs fee?

Due to the global nature of our business we are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees when they arrive to your country.
